Here are some of the top Class of 2017 players to competed at the Lindenwood Team Camp:
Zach Bush 6’1″ Ladue: A transfer from University City, Bush is a welcome addition to Ladue’s program with his ability at point guard. He is a physically built guard with excellent court vision. He made the game easier for all of his teammates with his passing ability. He consistently put the ball on the money for easy shots. He handles pressure well and used his strength to get to the basket and finish in traffic. Bush enjoyed an excellent day.
T.J. Crockett 6’1″ University City: One of the most potent scorers in the team camp, Crockett showed many creative ways to get buckets throughout the day. He is physically strong when enables him to get to the basket and finish in traffic. He also has his own go-to move with the drag dribble, step back mid-range jumper while kicking his right leg out. It is very effective. Bush also displayed some good 3-point range off the catch.
River Rhoads 6’6″ Ladue: A strong power forward who was very active around the basket. Did an excellent job of moving without the ball as he scored on several hard cuts to the basket. He posted up strong and did a nice job finishing at the hoop. He has physically built up his body in the weight room and the results have been evident with very productive inside play.
Rajae Johnson 6’3″ Jennings: One of the hardest working kids in the camp, Johnson is a testament of will over skill. He was easily the best rebounder in the camp, grabbing more than 10 per game in his sleep. He gave great effort at both ends of the court, grabbing rebounds and challenging opposing shots at the rim. Love his high motor.
Tate Hotz 6’1″ Ladue: An impressive marksman with knock-down shooting ability from well beyond the 3-point line. He did an excellent job of moving without the ball and spotting up for open 3-pointers. He made himself difficult to find with his constant movement. With new teammate Zach Bush on board at point guard, he will find shooting opportunities aplenty this upcoming season.
Connor McArthy 6’0″ Parkway South: A solid point guard who does an excellent job of taking care of the ball. Handles the ball and passes well. Does not make a lot of mistakes.
