---|---|---|---|---|
| Krisean | Coffey | Mankato East | Moved to MN from Chicago and made a big impact for East, averaging 14 PPG and helping them to a fourth-place Big 9 finish. He should be the target of many scholarship juco programs. |
| Matt | Keller | Elk River | A very solid and smart guard with great shooting form. He's a great pickup for the UW-RF Falcons, as he held at least one D2 offer. |
| Travis | Toivonen | Red Wing | Toivonen brought Red Wing to state as part of a Class AAA team that many thought could challenge juggernaut DeLaSalle. He signed with North Dakota football as a big-time WR prospect. |
| Kody | Dwyer | Zimmerman | Dwyer logged 16 and 8 per game for Zimmerman after breaking onto the AAU scene with Comets Servaty. Minot State landed a big with lots of potential down the road. |
| Jake | Dale | Mankato West | It seems like Dale has been playing for West and D1 MN forever... that's how early he started contributing and being noticed. A true grinder, I'll never forget him pestering Skal Labiesserie last summer and getting under his skin. Skal will be an NBA first-round pick this year, by the way. |
| Kobe | Boraas | Sauk Rapids-Rice | Kobe emerged as one of the Sanford League's best dunkers for the Comets and went on to average nearly 20 PPG for Sauk Rapids-Rice. He was part of Lake Region's massive MN class this year. |
| Justin | Bergerson | Breck | Bergerson is a high-academic big man whose college decision is still unknown to us. If anyone knows, please email. |
| Joe | Sevlie | Red Wing | Sevlie and the rest of the Wingers had a great season for Red Wing. He will follow in his older bro's footsteps and attend MN State Moorhead in the fall. |
| Erik | Davis | Hopkins | Davis has progressed big time over the years. I saw him as a legitimate scholarship player by the end of his career; he will join a monster class at St. Thomas. |
| Zach | Knollenberg | Spectrum | Knollenberg is one of the strongest students that we've ever seen come through the NHR rankings. He has over a 4.0 GPA and a 35 ACT score, and will take his talents to Baylor, where he will study and not pursue athletics. |
| Taron | Pickford | Maple Grove | Taron is still deciding on a juco, to our knowledge. He made a big impact for both Cooper and MG throughout his career. |
| Booker | Coplin | Shakopee | Booker is a great shooter who complemented Steffon Mitchell very well at Shakopee. He's off to River Falls where he will likely be catching passes from Matt Keller. |
| Xavier | Johnson | Hopkins | Xavier gave hope to little guys everywhere. At about 5-8, he ran circles around the Lake Conference this year and averaged 18 PPG to lead the state champions in scoring. He's still deciding his next steps. |
| TRUE | Thompson | Robbinsdale Armstrong | Last we heard, True was considering collegiate football options. As his dad is a former pro, the bloodlines are certainly there. If anyone knows where he's headed, email us please. |
| Damario | Armstrong | Osseo | Damario is one of the bounciest kids to come through MN in the last few years; he's a fantastic dunker. He has scholarship options in football but we'd guess he's going to try and see where he can go with hoops. |
| Nick | Geolat | Eden Prairie | Geolat has good grades and was a proud Vang Gang member for the Heat. He will likely attend a larger state school and not pursue college basketball, from what we're hearing. Great piece for EP this year who dealt with some injuries. |
| Braxton | Raymond | Kasson-Mantorville | Raymond finished a decorated career at K-M as the all-time leading scorer in a career and a season. He was a 3x team MVP there and is looking at NAIA options, among others. |
| Eric | Staebler | Morris Area | Staebler is a strong, workman post who signed with NAIA Mayville State. His 21.9 PPG and 11.4 RPG speak to his bruising qualities. |
| Sam | Gubbrud | St. Paul Central | Gubbrud was a bright spot for Central in three sports throughout his career. He could likely have pursued any of them collegiately, but he'll play hoops at UST just down the road from his HS. |
| Jack | Sowada | Wayzata | Sowada was instant offense for Wayzata. He will take his high academic marks to Carleton, one of the very best schools in the Midwest. |
| Jarrett | Baptiste | Columbia Heights | Baptiste is a crazy athlete who will finish above the rim with no mercy. He will head up to Lake Region where he will hope to maximize his potential with coach Marshall. |
| Cal | Pesola | Lakeville North | Pesola spent two seasons on WOTN's top team and was a key cog in Lakeville North's state runs. He will hoop at NAIA Viterbo and likely contribute quickly as a shooter. |
| Jaxson | Turner | Esko | The reliable PG helped Esko at state a couple times, once as a champion. He moves on to UND as a scholarship quarterback. |
| Kyle | Birr | Albany | Birr was wanted by many MIACs, but ended up at UST. 21.6 PPG made the scrappy guard one of the top scorers in the state. |
| Zach | Baker | Blaine | Baker will head to Viterbo along with Pesola, where the Blaine athlete will enjoy NAIA ball and continue his development. He's already got a college-level body. |
