“The first three tournaments have been really fun,” Trevor said. “This is my first year playing AAU so I didn’t really know what to expect, but so far it has been really great and a lot of fun.”
Comets DLR has given the college programs a chance to see what Trevor can and so far the results have been very good. It’s also given Trevor a chance to see what he needs to work on.
“I would like to improve on becoming more consistent throughout the all the games during the tournaments, and play better defense in the post,” Trevor said.
“I feel like my confidence has improved the most this year, I also think that my finishing around the rim has gotten a lot better throughout the year.”
Five programs have called on Trevor to date.
“So far I have heard from Bemidji State, St. Scholastica, St. Johns, Sioux Falls, and Briar Cliff.”
Trevor is also a pitcher with length and a lefty arm so he has that to consider for his future as well. But basketball will always be an option and he has goals there too.
“My goals for the rest of the summer is to get stronger and work on becoming a better shooter and defender, and finishing more consistently with my off hand.”
