Primarily a defensive-minded player who prides himself on shutting out his opponents and cleaning up the glass, Lance mentioned one specific area of focus as he continues to develop his skill set.
“I need to work on consistency in shooting,” Tebay explained. “I can shoot, I just need to make sure I’m shooting well all the time.”
The quick, athletic junior is a standout in the classroom, where he sports a 4.5+ GPA. Given his high academics, IVY league schools such as Princeton, Cornell, Brown and Yale have him on their radar. Tebay plans to attend elite camps at Princeton and Cornell next month.
Lance’s unwavering positive attitude and unselfishness, in conjunction with his high work rate are proof that he clearly cares about winning. A natural-born competitor who understands what it takes to be great, look for him to consistently produce at a high level for the remainder of this weekend and beyond.
