The scoring guard is always in attack mode driving right at his man going to the hoop. Handles it well through traffic. Not a great shooter at this stage. Potential on the defensive end with his athleticism and lateral quickness.
Jones spoke with us about playing mostly on the sophomore team this past year.
“It went extremely well. I think I could have played more on the varsity level. I am not trying to be cocky, but I killed on the sophomore level. So I think I should have played varsity level more.”
The Meanstreets 15U guard broke down his strengths as a player and where he is looking to make improvements.
“I like to drive left. I am more of a driving guard than shooting. I am looking to improve my free throws and jump shot.”
