Keldon had an aggressive mentality all weekend long as he attacked the basket forcefully at every opportunity. The 6’6 wing found success on offense as he penetrated constantly, challenging opposing big men and finishing with power. His mentality also showed on the defensive end as he battled down low for boards. He showed strong physicality guarding both post and perimeter players.
Jason Wade / 6’4 / Guard
Jason found a nice balance between scoring and distributing as he played the role of primary ball handler for River City Reign. He excelled at attacking downhill and drawing the help, which led to some easy buckets for his bigs at the rim. Wade looked his most dangerous in transition as his high motor and athleticism helped him get to the basket on a consistent basis.
Jalen Ray /6”/ Guard
Jalen showed his ability to score in bunches as he went right at defenders throughout the weekend. With a sharp handle and quick first step he was often able to create separation, which led to many open looks off the dribble. His high energy and attacking mentality helped power a potent offense for Team Loaded 757.
Bourama Sidibe / 6’10 / Forward
Bourama Sidibe made his presence in the paint known on both ends of the floor. The lengthy big man showed good anticipation and was quick off his feet while protecting the rim. This resulted in many blocked and altered shots. On the other end, he was very active off the ball. He frequently rotated to the front of the rim as the guards penetrated, freeing himself for some easy dunks.
Eric Ayala / 6’5/ Guard
Eric was solid all weekend, but really stepped up in the championship game with starting PG Trevon Duval cramping up early. Taking over some of the ball handling duties, he showed strong play making ability by creating shots off the dribble for himself as well as his teammates. The athletic guard also defended with intensity and did well getting into the passing lanes.
