Dominique Dobbs 6’6″ (Hazelwood Central): Athletic power forward who was a double-double machine throughout his senior year. A blue-collar athlete who can score in the paint and rebounds with passion. Simply outworks people. Has offers from Division II schools as UMSL, Lindenwood and others.
Ryan Welty 6’7″ (Park Hill South): Excellent stretch four who finished an excellent career at Park Hill South. Capable of scoring and rebounding inside, but he can really knock down 3-pointers as a consistent rate to stretch the floor.
Jason Draggs 6’9″ (Riverview Gardens): A very talented combo forward with a versatile skill set for his size. Has a strong post up game, but he is capable of handling the ball and shooting from the perimeter. Will end up at a junior college after bouncing round during his high school career. A high-major talent.
Will Rucker 6’6″ (Moberly): One of the most versatile forwards in the Class of 2016, Rucker averaged more than 20 points and 10 rebounds a game, but he played point guard for his team for much of the time. An excellent 3-point shooter and athlete, who also dropped several dimes a game. Very talented.
Isaac Smith 6’6″ (Lincoln Prep): An athletic power forward who plays the game with a high motor and plenty of activity around the basket. A good finisher around the hoop, especially when he dunks it.
Zach Beel 6’7″ (Woodland): Athletic power forward who can score, rebound and block shots. A sleeper who is still coming into is own as to starting to reach his potential as a player.
Trevor Koelling 6’7″ (Helias): Solid, post player who scores around the basket and rebounds well. Helped lead the Crusaders to a third-place finish in the Class 4 state tournament.
Daimon Taylor 6’7″ (Vashon): Improved post player who was an active rebounder for the Class 4 state champions. Plays with a lot of mobility and a high motor.
Chris Gordon 6’5″ (Webster Groves): A hard-working power forward who was one of the most improved players in the St. Louis area. Played with a great motor and was a beast on the offensive boards. Will most likely start his career at a junior college.
Tyree White 6’7″ (North Tech): An explosive combo forward who turned in many highlight reel dunks during his senior year. A long, lanky athlete who is most comfortable on the perimeter with his ability to score off the dribble and hit pull up jumpers.
Isaiah Sears 6’6″ (Lee’s Summit): A thin combo forward who was a tough match-up problem for one of the state’s top teams. An excellent ball handler on the perimeter who can also knock down 3-pointers. He really enjoyed two big games at the Class 5 Final Four.
Ryan Halley 6’7″ (Iberia): A versatile small forward who did most of the ball handling for a big Iberia team that advanced to the Final Four in Class 2 for three consecutive seasons.
Rick Hill 6’7″ (DeSmet): Solid post player who is at his best as a rebounder and a shot blocker. Good athlete who loves to protect the rim. Offensive game is still a work in progress, but a solid role player.
Kason Lawrence 6’5″ (Gideon): A strong post player who led Gideon to a Final Four berth in the Class 1 state tournament. Was a dominant force in Class 1 with his low post game and passing skills.
