“My senior season went well but not how I would have liked, we lost to a really good team in Dell Rapids in regions which was a great game,” said Taner. “I think I will remember all of the relationships that you build with people playing with or against them.”
Taner was a more mature player and leader all around this year. The type of mature player that will play college basketball.
“As my senior season went on I tried to take on the leadership role more and more, also I thought my chemistry and court awareness got better and better,” said Taner.
“As college approaches, I need to work more on my ball handling and get in the weight room as much as I can. Shooting everyday along with staying in shape will be a point of emphasis also.”
Taner has three schools that have extended scholarship offers.
“I have three offers from Morningside, Dakota Wesleyan, and Dakota State.”
