23 | C.J. Hampton | 6’3 | 2017 | Griffith |
4 | Jalen Sherwood | 5’8 | 2017 | Gary Roosevelt |
Notes: Indiana Dawgz always seem to field very competitive teams and this year is no different. With guys like Matthew Westman, C.J. Hampton, Al Ervin and others, this group has plenty of upside and the capability of knocking off some of the better teams they will face this spring. This isn’t a team that is going to beat you with size but they can shoot it and they have enough athleticism to cause problems. Miller and Westman can shoot the ball pretty well and Al Ervin is the kind of alpha of the group. Look for Dante Combs and Dwayne McClendon to have bigger spring performances.

# | Name | HT | Class | High School |
10 | Tyler Brankin | 6’1 | 2018 | Highland |
4 | Dennis Cardwell | 6’3 | 2018 | Gary Roosevelt |
30 | D.J. Carey | 6’3 | 2018 | Merrillville |
23 | Jaylen Gilbert | 6’4 | 2018 | Rensselaer Central |
34 | Colin Hayes | 6’8 | 2018 | Kankakee Valley |
2 | Senior Lindsey | 5’9 | 2018 | Hammond |
14 | Tommy Maloney | 6’1 | 2018 | Munster |
Nolen Thomas | 6’0 | 2018 | Merrillville
3 | Michael Quintero | 5’11 | 2018 | Bishop Noll |
1 | Jaylin Hughes | 5’9 | 2018 | Gary West |
22 | Jonquell Dawson | 6’7 | 2018 | Gary Lighthouse |
Notes: The 2018 version of Indiana Dawgz has some really talented players and guys that you should target this summer. D.J. Carey, Jaylen Gilbert, and Jonquell Dawson are three guys who should be the best of this group. Gilbert is a versatile wing player who can shoot a little and create off the bounce. Dawson is a long, lanky forward who may only be starting to tap into his potential. Carey can score the ball really well off the bounce and his size on the wing is tough.

Dom Chiponne | 6’2 | 2019 | Lake Central
Caden Bensen | 6’0 | 2019 | North Judson
Noah Bierma | 5’9 | 2020 | Rensselaer Central |
Notes: The Indiana Dawgz 2019 team is the one that is the unknown of the program, like many younger teams. Dawgz does a good job at getting some of the better kids from the Region and showcasing them, this 2019 group should be in line with that. On the roster, they have a little size with guys like Tyler Scheidt, Yusef Ahmed, and Sam Snodgrass. Noah Bierma is playing up on this group and will provide depth with a largely, guard-oriented team.
