We will first be previewing a club’s top teams in those given age groups and will then circle back to their other teams. Today: Higher Level 17U Elite
Organized by Program Director Darius Wilson, Higher Level have assembled a strong pool of talent across all age groups in the organization. Given that, in conjunction with their competitive schedule, this spring and summer should most certainly bring more positive momentum. Below is a preview of their 17U Elite Team.

Players to Watch
Joe Davis III: After erupting for 25 points in the second round of Big Shots DC last week, it’s clear that Joe Davis will be a go-to-guy for this team. He’s adept at slashing into the paint, where he finishes strong or unselfishly creates for his teammates. The lanky, 6’3″ junior guard is a knock down 3 point shooter as well.

Brian Chittum
Chittum is a dead-eye three point shooter, which he ties in nicely with a nice handle. He’s capable of getting hot in a hurry, and rattling off a series of threes in a row — he’s done it on more than a few occassions. Keep an eye out for the high IQ guard this spring and summer.
Josh Darville: Josh is a high motor wing who’s not afraid to do the dirty work. He led Christ Chapel in rebounds this season, with over 8 per game. Look for the athletic, 6’4″ wing to be a highly productive player for Higher Level 17U Elite.
