The 2017 prospect is a quality athlete that runs the floor well and is active on the interior as a rebounder and defensive presence with his quickness and length. He has potential off the bounce with his long strides. Turns the ball over a bit at times, but also flashes passing upside. Coordination around the hoop finishing more consistently there and working on his jumper mechanically are a couple areas to work on along with free throw shooting. One to monitor going forward as there is unrealized potential there.
Williams spoke to his strengths as a player.
“I would describe my game as a hustle player and the x-factor for our team on offense and defense. I bring energy to our team and one of the main scorers.”
How does he feel his junior season went as a whole for himself individually?
“It went great. This is one of my best seasons. I have career highs in all categories. It has been one of my best years.”
