Notes: Formally D1 Nation, AZ Power Black was one of the top 16U teams on the westcoast last year. No, they’re not loaded with multiple Division-I prospects but they are a group of guys that plays hard, plays together, and know their roles. The roster has shaken up a bit but their main pieces are still intact. 6’6” Gabe McGlothan is the centerpiece of this team but, in addition to Sean Dunn, they’ve added some more size around him to help on the glass. The backcourt of Andres Mayberry, Keith Holmes, and Terrell Brown is a two-way group that can make plays on both ends. They’ve added some depth behind them as well. Expect this group to see a lot of success as this team is known to “buy in” and give it all for the person standing next to them.
