Huber, a senior power forward, plays for Clark/Willow Lake who is 14-2 on the season and currently on a seven game win streak.
“I think our season has gone well so far, we’ve had a couple injuries that hurt our progress, but we’re getting back in our rhythm,” Noah told PHD.
“For us to keep getting better, we have to focus and play our game of basketball and execute down the stretch in close games.”
Huber is a go to guy for the Cyclones regularly producing double-double numbers in the paint.
“I feel I’ve done my part on the team, which is rebounding and scoring but I wouldn’t be where I am without my teammates,” Huber said. “Some things I feel I am doing better this year is having more confidence shooting outside shots and improving defensively both on and off the ball.
“What I want to do better is to improve my shot both in the post and outside and also my on-ball defense. As a team however, we really need to increase our energy when we step out on the floor and also our confidence as well.”
Huber is one of the top three sport athletes you will find anywhere. He was named to the all state football team as the center, he’s one of the elite posts in South Dakota on the hardwood, and in track he’s also a scholarship talent.
“I’m thinking right now about throwing at the University of South Dakota, the University of Sioux Falls, or Southwest Minnesota State University,” Huber explained.
