The release point is in front of his face, but he gets it off quickly and has a soft touch when in lands in the net getting a lot of arc on it. Shows toughness hitting the offensive glass for a put back every now and then. Talented perimeter shooter that could develop into a nice prospect for a D3, NAIA, or JUCO program.
Parks spoke about the strengths in his game.
“Moving off the ball and coming around screens. I can create my own shot at times if I have too. I can pass the ball and cut off screens to score.”
How has he felt the season has gone?
“I think I have been playing good. Not just me. My whole team and I have a lot of stuff to improve on.”
On the travel team circuit he runs with SYF. The senior doesn’t have any offers, but a few schools are showing interest.
“Lewis, Parkland, and Marian University.”
