PF Nick Rakocevic (St. Joseph’s)
Highly skilled post that when he is locked in can be a dominant force on the high school level. He is doing that putting up near triple doubles every night. Rakocevic has made major strides after a down summer. High-major prospect.
PF Lorenzo Edwards (Lake Forest)
Skilled back to the basket left handed post that scores around the hoop by being crafty and positioning his body. Shoots a high percentage and is solid rebounder. Mid-major to low-major prospect.
PF Terrell Phipps (Simeon)
Long and lanky post that flashes upside with his ability to run the floor, block shots, and even hit an occasional jumper. Consistency hasn’t been there since transferring to Simeon. Probably a high level D2 kid with upside that could also do well at a JUCO for a couple years.
PF Anthony D’Avanzo (Niles Notre Dame)
Skilled post that can score with his back to the basket using both hands. Face up ability where he can knock down a shot all the way out to three and is a sound passer. D2 prospect.
PF Jon Marotta (Lincoln Way West)
Floor spacing four man that has length and can really shoot it. Shows potential scoring on the block every now and then.
C Myles Howard (Marian Catholic)
Projectable big man with long arms and good strength. Looks like a monster, but doesn’t do much offensively. Defensively he is a shot blocking presence.
PF Peter Blust (Hinsdale Central)
Athletic four man that runs the floor well and has a college ready body. Solid rebounder and has the ability to score in the post as well as hit a mid-range jumper.
