At the Chicago Elite Classic early in the season with the game on the line coach drew up the play for the junior and he was rewarded with a game winning triple. The kid has great mechanics on his shot.
The junior talked about his game.
“I think I am a pretty versatile player that can shoot the three ball. Get inside when I have too. When guys put pressure on Brad (Perry) inside it allows me to space the floor and hit shots outside.”
Where has he seen improvements from last season to this year?
“I think definitely the three ball for sure. Rebounding and playing with confidence. Defense and sliding over helping and stuff like that.”
Not much going on with recruiting at this stage. Worth an early look for D3 and NAIA programs.
