One of the major reasons FHS has done well is the re-emergence of Brett Morrow. After leading his team deep into the playoffs as a junior, the 6’7” forward was sidelined throughout the entire spring and summer with a torn labrum. Cleared to play in October, the 2016 prospect is getting back into the groove of things after not playing since March 31st.
Brett is a high motor 4-man that rebounds at high level. Offensively he can finish around the rim but is most effective with catch and shoot midrange shots.
Because he didn’t play last spring or summer recruiting has been slow though he has had contact from some.
“Arizona Christian University, South Mountain, Northern Colorado, Dixie State, and Northern Colorado Community College,” were all mentioned by Morrow. “None have offered me yet.”
Don’t expect that to be the case for long. When offers do start to roll in, Brett stated that their science program will play a big factor in his decision.
