SubscribeThe 2017 class in Arizona is headlined by many top players but a new player has come to Arizona from Michigan. Ed Carter comes from the eastside of Detroit. While in Detroit, Ed played for Edison Academy, for AAU Carter played for Detroit Family.
The 6'1 guard is a flat out scorer who also has the ability to make his teammates better around him. Now Carter finds himself at Elite 1 Academy here in Phoenix, and also has joined the Arizona Power organization. Carter admits things he needs to work on include, “getting stronger & working on defense.” The move to Arizona he looks to expand his game, gain “more exposure & the ability to go against a different range of competition.”
In regards to recruiting he has no offers but has interest from Northern Kentucky and the University of Detroit. Look for his move to AZ help expand his game & recruiting.
