Recruiting Report: Ed Carter (2017)

<p>The 2017 class in Arizona is headlined by many top players but a new player has come to Arizona from Michigan. <strong>Ed Carter</strong> comes from the eastside of Detroit. While in Detroit, Ed played for Edison Academy, for AAU Carter played for <strong>Detroit Family</strong>. </p><p>The 6&#39;1 guard is a flat out scorer who also has the ability to make his teammates better around him. Now Carter finds himself at <strong>Elite 1 Academy</strong> here in Phoenix, and also has joined the <strong>Arizona Power </strong>organization. Carter admits things he needs to work on include, "getting stronger & working on defense." The move to Arizona he looks to expand his game, gain "more exposure & the ability to go against a different range of competition."</p> <p>In regards to recruiting he has no offers but has interest from <strong>Northern Kentucky</strong> and the <strong>University of Detroit</strong>.
