The 6’2” shooting guard averaged 18.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.2 steals, and 1.8 assists per game during a junior season in which he helped lead his team to a 25-4 record. Entering his final season, Franklin is ranked #78 overall in the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 180.
Nunn is one of the top athletes in Indiana High School Basketball. He can simply elevate with the best of them. He needs to improve his jumper, but he has the handles and speed to excel in transition and creating plays.
He recapped his summer with the Indiana Elite Magic.
“It went pretty good. I have an offer from Grace College right now, but a couple of other schools like Ferris State are going to offer after I take my visit.” He said.
He is hearing from a solid group of schools at the next level. He listed Saginaw Valley, Ferris State, Indiana Wesleyan, Ohio Dominican, and Western Illinois as schools that he is in contact with. He really likes what Grace has to offer.
“They have a great group of kids who are hungry to get better and a good coach who is ready to win soon.” Nunn said, “They think if I go there I can play right away, but I still want to see all my options.”
Franklin will take a pair of visits this week. He is hoping to get a better feel for the schools.
“I’m going to Grace tomorrow and Ferris State on Friday. In October, I’m going to Saginaw and Ohio Dominican.” He told PHI.
As for a decision, Nunn is unsure on when he will make one. He is still open and looking at all of his options.
