About The Program

AYE Elite is a Midwest-based program rooted in the Chicagoland area, built on discipline, development, and competitive excellence. We focus on creating a culture where players earn everything through work, accountability, and a love for the game. We’re looking for driven, coachable athletes who play with toughness, unselfishness, and high IQ. Our ideal players embrace defense, compete every possession, and take pride in improving their skillset—whether that’s scoring, playmaking, or doing the little things that win games. At AYE Elite, it’s not just about talent—it’s about mindset. Another
