Griffin is a prolific scorer who has a knack to get a bucket in a matter of a blink of an eye. He has an array of tough finishes that he can pull out whenever he wants. Griffin has a blend of dribble moves and plays at a controlled pace. He can also find a way to come up with steals. Griffin has the ability to play the two-man game in the half-court. He is a sneaky athlete.

Zubayr Griffin Zubayr Griffin 6'1" | CG Johnson City | 2025 State NY is a 6’2 combo guard, class of 2025, from Johnson City High School. Zubayr is dominant on the offensive end, can score it all three levels and is a nightmare in a one on one scenario. We saw Zubayr score 39 points in a winning effort, connecting on difficult contested three’s off the dribble as well as finishing through contact in the paint. Also a great passer and has ability to create plays, he constantly drives to the paint and finds teammates when he draws help. Defensively he is a strong on ball defender and is always good for a few steals, a few deflections and a few forced turnovers. Strong rebounder from the guard position.
