is an energetic player that can fill it up in big game situations. He is a three-level scorer but does most of his work from the three-point line and getting to the rim. He has the size and physical tools to change the course of a game. His offensive production will be key if Ouachita is going to pull off a second-round win to advance to the Quarter Finals.

initially impressed with his ability to knock down the three-pointer, but recently he has transitioned into more of an attack mode, putting constant pressure on the defense. A strong, smart guard, Hunter thrives in high-pressure situations and always looks to take on a leadership role for his team. He’s a downhill force at the wing but can also step in and handle point guard duties when needed. A willing defender, he embodies the gritty, hardworking spirit of Monroe basketball players. Zion’s dedication to improving his game is evident, and it shows in his performances on the court.

is a talented and physically imposing guard who plays for Ouachita High School in the 5A Select Division. He has grown his game significantly with the addition of more muscle and added athleticism, making him a strong and tough player on the court. Hunter is known for his ability to do the intangibles, such as rebounding, playing the passing lanes, and finishing well at the rim, all while making sound basketball decisions. He is a solid 6’1″ guard with a downhill game that allows him to get to the goal with ease. Hunter is a “dawg” who does not shy away from competition and looks to make plays in big moments. Hunter made play after play in both games vs Wossman and Neville, and that was just a continuation from his performance at the Louisiana Teach Team Camp in June. He has a steady game that continues to evolve and is expected to be an impressive prospect in the upcoming season. Pick your poison when it comes to these Ouachita guards. They are stacked with talent.
