Expert Analysis
Andrew Herman | Prep Hoops Scout
Harrison has shown two-way potential every year making this year the year he puts it all together to become an elite offensive and defensive player. At 6’4″ Harrison can guard multiple positions no matter the situation. His ability to get into the passing lanes and stripping ball handlers is what makes him an excellent defensive player. On the offensive end, he has a smooth shot from the three-point line and can increase his range the more he makes in a game. Harrison will also use his size to back down smaller defenders in the paint for easy points.

Harrison is an impressive perimeter defender standing at 6’4″ as he can guard multiple positions and switch onto anyone. He gets over screens fast without causing a foul making sure he lets no one in the paint. Harrison can pick you up full court and will give very little breathing room throughout a game. He likes to send players to the baseline so that this way he can lead them to their center leading to a difficult shot.

Harrison is a quick and explosive guard with a great shot. He is excellent on pull-up three-pointers and uses his crafty handles to break defenders down to create that extra space. Harrison can hit tough contested shots on the perimeter as pressure defense rarely does much to alter him. He is always ready for the catch-and-shoot shot too. Harrison plays defense like a free safety in football constantly running around jumping passing lanes and taking off on the fastbreak.

Harrison is another one of those players that play with a lot of scrappiness who will sacrifice their body to dive for loose balls so his team can get another possession. He has quick speed which he uses to his advantage when given fastbreak opportunities. Harrison will also fight to try and grab every rebound that is even remotely near him. His offensive game is great at where it is right now as he has a nice midrange game hitting pull-up jumpers and driving into the lane. If Harrison expands his range from behind the arc, he will be close to ungradable because of his quickness to get by any defender.
