Dean is a quick guard that knows when to use his speed in certain situations. The lefty has a smooth release from the three-point range and will come off of 0ff-ball screens to get them. His footwork is great which allows him to pair that with his speed so he can keep defenders on skates. Dean’s range from downtown will increase the more he makes in a game. On the fastbreak, Dean is like a lightning bolt moving up and down the court leaving defenders in the dust as he goes up for the finish.

Dean is just an overall beast at the game as he can do everything and more when it comes to controlling the offense. He loves to play at an up-tempo kind of pace constantly keeping the ball flowing and moving throughout a game. Dean has excellent handles to get past multiple double teams to kick out to open shooters. He even plays the pick-and-roll well giving his screener up and forward passes or he can just score it himself if given the space.
