Sangermano, one of the top underclassmen in the NHIAA, burst onto the scene as a first year at Salem. After a strong summer with the Mass Rivals, he’s primer for a breakout season this winter and should be one of the better perimeter shooters in this class. While his top skill is his ability to shoot the ball, he’s shown an increasing amount of skill and feel for the game with the ball in his hands. He does a good job of navigating ball screens, showing patience with his dribble and good floor vision when turning the corner. He’s able to get downhill off the bounce and is a crafty scorer in the paint, finishing with either hand off either foot. Defensively, he’s gritty, tough, and plays with a high IQ. He’s a good on ball defender that doesn’t give up the paint and is willing to sacrifice his body to take charges. He should be one of the top players in New Hampshire this winter and will be a prospect for college coaches to track going forward.
