Another player on a winning team, this seems to be a theme with my top uncommitted prospects. Halligan is another guy who does a lot of stuff that doesn’t show up in the box score. Going after loose balls, making the extra pass and playing with great effort on both ends, Halligan has a lot of skills that small college coaches love in a freshmen recruit. Walsh Jesuit had some big time early season wins and Halligan is a key connector piece to their team, able to have big time scoring games while also deferring to teammates with the hot hand. Halligan won player of the year for his conference and plays for a district championship against Brush in a game hosted at Euclid high school.
