Fauntroy had a nose for the basketball throughout the weekend and consistently found ways to impact the game with productive scoring stretches. His blend of size and length created problems on both ends of the floor, allowing him to affect plays as a scorer, rebounder, and defender. In transition, he showed excellent feel and vision, using well-timed bounce passes to find teammates filling the lanes for easy baskets. Fauntroy looked very comfortable operating in the open floor and played with confidence whenever the pace picked up. Around the basket, he made several strong plays and finished effectively in traffic. When defenders gave him space, he was more than willing to make them pay by knocking down mid-range jumpers. With his versatility, physical tools, and ability to impact the game in multiple ways, Fauntroy is a prospect who should continue to gain traction among Mid-Atlantic division two programs.

Fauntroy is effective breaking the game down in the half-court and bullying his way to the bucket. When he is penetrating the rim he is a viable threat to either score and find an open teammate for a shot of their own. He takes advantage of when his team has strength and numbers in transition. Fauntroy has a smooth release on his shot and has no issues letting it fly from deep. Like how he can show off his athleticism by playing above the rim. He has a versatile game and can play a few different positions.

Fauntroyis a key rotation piece for a West Catholic squad that will play for the 3A state title this weekend. This long and athletic wing prospect can drain threes and score in transition. Fauntroy recently announced that he will play for NJ Shoreshots UAA this spring / summer.
