Willy Bakonga Willy Bakonga 6'2" | CG Mansfield Timberview | 2028 State TX arried the scoring load a low to ground, physical ball-handler with a broad, solid frame, using his strength, shift of gears, and sharp change of direction to explode and stay on balance and create downhill advantages off the bounce where he scored off pull-ups and jaw dropping finishes from powerful slam dunks through traffic to crafty hard fought reverse layups. His initial take off is a blur, often beating closeouts instantly off the catch where he beat the defense to the paint before they could fully rotate.

A powerful and explosive two-foot leaper, Bakonga finished at the rim through contact with aggressiveness and authority. His ability to elevate in traffic and embrace physicality made him a constant interior threat and imposing presence in the lane. Equipped with great physical traits and a college-ready build, Bakonga consistently used his strength, explosiveness, and frame to carve out space, absorb contact, and produce high-percentage scoring opportunities around the basket.
