Solhich-Kopcho is a super intriguing prospect because of his combination of size, athleticism, and coordination. The 6-foot-4 wing has a strong upper body and good ball-handling ability, so he can fight through contact and get to the front of the rim for finishes. But he also has good passing vision and positional feel. Defensively, he has phenomenal help-side instincts and was the best talker I saw in the gym. He also rebounds like a madman and has great toughness. Sohlich-Kopcho needs to get his jumper most consistent from both the mid-range and three, but the Bedford NH native could be a relatively high level D3 prospect if he does so. Regardless, he should find a fit at the college level and will be a solid post-grad candidate if he doesn’t like his options after this season.
