Simmons earned his place in this group through his composed approach and ability to use his length while maintaining control of the ball. His 11.8 points per game reflected his ability to contribute offensively, but his value as a creator went beyond scoring. He showed comfort navigating pressure, getting into actions, and helping keep the offense organized.

Why he earned the badge: Simmons combined control, patience, and the ability to create an advantage without appearing rushed. His handle allowed him to operate from the perimeter while using his size to make difficult possessions more manageable.

Developmental focus: The next step is continuing to sharpen his change-of-direction package and turning paint touches into more consistent kick-out opportunities. Improving those reads will help him create for teammates while still maintaining his scoring aggression.
