Programs such as Jesuit are continually successful because they maintain plenty of talent in their JV and freshman squads and Alleman is great evidence of that fact. The 6-foot-1 combo guard is a tremendous athlete who can knock down shots from the perimeter and like most all players who come from the Crusaders program, is well-coached and plays solid team basketball. In June ball, he was one of those players who after a good game had everyone asking – who is that? Alleman enters the ranking at this current position but it would be absolutely no surprise to anyone to see him rise as he gets varsity experience.

Alleman is an up-tempo player with a great motor who looked comfortable with the ball in his hands. He attacked the rim well, made plays off the dribble, and showed good shot selection. Alleman caught our attention by going on a run where he scored several baskets in a row for his team. This was our first time seeing him play, and he made a strong impression with his energy and offensive ability.

Not a lot of people outside the Metro League or even the Jesuit program were aware of Alleman, who largely played on JV last season. But the 6-foot-1 guard is strong and athletic and can make a variety of shots. He certainly drew attention with both his physical attributes and ability to play the game at the Expo and there’s no question he’s a varsity contributor for the Crusders this upcoming season.
