Elder is a high quality guard that has started the season in prime form. He dropped 31 points in a 56-51 win against Arbor Prep. Elder’s jumper looked so pure and he showed some very deep range, especially off the bounce. He showed that he could advance the ball and step right into a triple and bury it. Elder did a great job swinging the ball on the perimeter and moving the defense, creating openings for his jumper when the ball came back. He also did some nice work with the dribble drive going left to right.

Elder is a player that people should be very aware of as the high school season approaches. He can attack off the bounce with both hands and go in both directions. Elder can also finish and dish with either hand making him a tough stop on D. He could really have a very impressive senior season.
