About Walter

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a 2nd option on the court and I love to get my teammates involved. Getting to the basket and getting us some points on the board is one of my biggest and strongest strengths. Another one of my is my handles and the way I can create space in order for me to get a open shot.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality of the game is to just play your game and go at anybody. Never be scared to show your skills because you never know you is watching.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m on a AAU team but they have never gave out awards besides MVP awards

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve been developing in leadership and what I mean by that is hyping my teammates up, giving them the mentality that we have this and all we need to do is play together.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I faced a big challenge my freshman year of high school which was playing for a spot on JV. Which the JV was really nice.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a that is known for a good basketball organization and also an organization that could create a great relationship with me and my parents. I’m mostly looking forward to D1 - D2 schools

Speedy lead guard that lived in the paint all day at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. Quick and athletic guard with a tight handle was able to get to his spots where he made the most of his opportunities scoring with a soft touch in the midrange and finishing in a variety of different ways when he was able to get all the way to the basket. Stronger than he looks. He was able to take contact and stay on balance on his drives.
