Valentino is a natural scorer at the combo guard position. He is very crafty and can get his points from all three levels. He has a nice looking jumper and can get hot from the outside. He is a sneaky athlete that can slice through the lane and finish with finesse over bigger defenders or stop and pop for a midrange jumper. Valentino isn’t scared to get physical on in the inside despite his size and has a great motor on both ends of the floor. He will turn heads this year as a starter on varsity from day one.

Quick release from three with the ability to get his shot off in a hurry. Has a quick burst off the dribble with a good handle and showed the ability to create space before getting into his pull-up. Really good shooter from multiple spots on the floor and can stop quickly and rise into his jumper. Also showed good feel as a passer, seeing the floor well and delivering accurate hit-ahead passes in transition.

A high-energy guard with insane quickness and the ability to pop a shot off the dribble with ease. Excelled as a pull-up shooter, with an extremely quick and clean release even when he hadn’t created much separation. He could do it from the midrange and from beyond the arc. Uses hesitation to freeze defenders before bursting to the basket. Not only a shot maker, but he can hurt defenses in transition and get to the rim off clean euro steps.
