Tyylon Ennis Tyylon Ennis 6'2" | PG Pearland | 2028 State TX had 13 points for the Oilers in the loss to North Shore, but he was easily one of the best shooters I have been able to watch this season. He can punish defenses for leaving him open off the dribble or can hit shots over closing out defenders with the catch and shoot as well. Ennis has great off ball movement and is fully capable of running either guard slot. Coming off a good summer with JL3, Tyylon continues to impress with his elite decision making and clutch genes as only a 2028 hooper.

Ennis was a spot-up lights out shooter for the Oilers and got the team off to a hot start in the first half with 2 three pointers and a free throw. Tyylon helps with ballhandling duties when under pressure and has good court vision and wherewithal, knowing where his teammates are at all times and having the IQ to always make the open pass. Ennis had 16 points and overall was a big impact player especially on offense where he continually buried shots to keep the Oilers in the lead throughout the game.

Tyylon McIntyre played with tremendous defensive effort. He never gave up on a play, making multiple efforts and chase-down blocks to prevent easy baskets. Ennis showed great timing pinning layups off the glass and was impressive staying in front of his man, forcing tough, contested finishes without fouling.

Tyylon Ennis had effortless bounce in the paint, allowing him to dominate the glass defensively with high-point rebounds and constant second jumps. He was equally impactful on the defensive end as a rim protector, challenging shots and racking up emphatic blocks with great vertical timing and body control.
