Forest controlled pace and tempo masterfully, consistently probing and forcing rotations by getting deep into the paint. Every dribble served a purpose, and once he got into the lane, his decision-making and finishing were both exceptional. He showcased elite touch with either hand, using a crafty array of finishes, outside hand layups, wide-angle floaters, and midair adjustments. What set him apart was his strong frame and how he used it; Forest posted up smaller guards and used shoulder bumps and footwork to create clean looks in tight space. His rebounding effort was impressive as well, competing on the defensive glass like a big. Forrest’s name is one to watch as a major stock riser in the next rankings update.
