Acuff is such an exciting player and prospect that I got to see in person plenty this summer. He’s a fast player that can push the pace with his handles and with the pass. Acuff is a true multi level scorer that can attack the rim and create lanes as well as pull up for a jumper off the bounce. He has the ability to heat up with his shot!

Acuff is a player with the type of game that I would never put a cap on. The young man can play fast and explosive basketball. Acuff does a nice job pushing pace and turning the corner on a defender. He’s an underrated down the floor passer as well. Acuff can score from all 3 levels and

Acuff is an elite athlete with huge upside. I saw him up close and personal this summer and the young man is explosive. His electric game and speed down the floor screams high level at the next level. Acuff can play through contact on his way to the rim.

Acuff plays like a firework shot into the air. He can use his quickness and straight line speed to push the pace and make the game fast. Acuff has the ability to catch fire from the perimeter and scorch the nets with his array of triples off the bounce.

Acuff has played with a couple different teams, but has starred at each event. He can flat out handle the ball and pressure the defense. Acuff has shown that he can shake defenders, getting them off balance and attack off the bounce. He also sees the floor really well and can hit the smallest of targets with the pass.

Now put Acuff in that same backcourt and that spells trouble. Acuff can flat out handle the ball and shake defenders off the bounce. He sees the floor and can make plays with the pass. Acuff can hit a cutting teammate in stride and he can dump off a no looks pass for an assist at any time.

Acuff was nothing short of dynamic. He spun defenders with his quickness, handles and ability to attack with both hands. Acuff slipped his way through tons of contact on his way to the rim. He had a nose for the ball off the rim and grabbed a lot of boards.

Acuff was a flat out monster at the Midwest Clash. I don’t think there was anyone in the gym that could defend him 1-on-1. Acuff used elite handles and shiftiness to move his defenders and create space.

I was able to evaluate Acuff’s game for the first time this season and I cam away thoroughly impressed. Opposing teams simply can’t let him heat up. When Acuff’s jumper turns on, he’s a flamethrower of a shooter. Acuff can handle with both hands and create off the bounce as well. He’s just a very exciting offensive player.
