Hardage is coming off an impressive junior year where he averaged over 16 points per game and 3 steals per game. The All-State guard is looking to take another statistical jump in his senior year. He’s a real threat from the perimeter; thus, I would love to see him up his attempts this year. Where Tyler really hurts opponents is on the drive. He’s incredibly crafty around the rim and seems to never miss from below the free throw line. With a good level of athleticism, Hardage can elevate over others at the rim and finish through contact. Hardage’s two‑way presence gives him one of the more stable outlooks in the group. He guards multiple positions, plays above the rim, and brings energy that translates across the game. As his offensive consistency continues to grow, he becomes a guard with real upward momentum.

Hardage has good athleticism, positional size, and a developing mature feel for the game. He’s shown flashes as a shooter and poised secondary ball handler, but consistency is the next step. With reps and refinement, he could grow into a steady lead guard with scoring punch and defensive upside.

Tyler led his team as the top scorer in a good outing over the weekend. Over 4 games, he totaled 50 points, averaging 12.5 points per game with consecutive games of 17 and 18. He has the ability to score in traffic with strong athletic moves on drives to the rim. He can shoot the ball off the dribble comfortably and defends the perimeter with pressure while showing his lateral quickness.
