He posted a season-high 37 points in a tough loss to Janesville Craig. He bounced back with a clutch performance in the rematch, dishing out a season-best 7 assists in a win. His leadership helped guide Sun Prairie West to a 12–6 conference finish. Haney earned him a spot on the First Team.

A physically and mentally tough backcourt prospect with multiple years of varsity experience, Haney made four three-point shots and scored 22 points before fouling out late in the second half.
