A young kid with lots of time to develop. Already though, he looks like someone to keep an eye on. At 6’3″ and handling on-ball duties the sky is the limit for this player. He was able to play over 10 minutes a game on a 21-4 Orem team as a freshman last season. He’s in a good club program with Utah Prospects and they have a great project on their hands here. Troy will continue to improve and only time will tell where he ends up at the next level.
