Provancher played a huge role in the Brighton win that I watched. He was flat out big time on the defensive end of the floor. He’s such a valuable post defender with the potential to have a tremendous next level frame. Provancher can already defend with power in the paint. He absolutely controlled the defensive glass, especially in the 3rd quarter of the game. Provancher even added a couple of blocks for good measure.

True post players don’t appear out of nowhere, so when we find a talented one we must make note. Provancher isn’t just tall, but he’s got a strong frame to go with it. He’s a very valuable post defender that guard with power in the paint. Provancher can be underestimated as a rim protector as well.
