I bring a calm, confident presence to the court. I’m self-disciplined, focused, and able to tune out distractions during games. I lead by example, encourage my teammates, and take pride in being coachable and consistent. I stay competitive without arrogance, always aiming to build others up while pushing myself to improve.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over the past several years, I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork through my involvement in student government and being mentored by older players in the Thurston basketball program. Playing at Thurston has taught me to prioritize team over self and commit fully to supporting my teammates. I also actively participate in community service through my youth group and leadership role at THS.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I haven’t faced many major obstacles, but I’ve grown through the ones I’ve had. A minor injury one summer limited some opportunities, teaching me patience and the importance of taking care of my body. As a freshman on a varsity team stacked with upperclassman talent, I had to earn every minute on the floor. I was able to contribute in key moments, including hitting a buzzer beater in the state pla
