Despite some team struggles, Trey was a bright spot in several games for the Green Wave. His role rotated between starter and key bench player, but he brought the same energy no matter the minutes or score. Walk is an active defender and can heat up quickly offensively, so look for him to step up his numbers in 2026-27.

has continuously gotten better in each game. Saturday, he put up 7 points off the bench thanks to two catch-and-shoot threes with a quick release. Walk also made a couple of impressive plays as a passer off a baseline-out-of-bounds set and a dump-off pass. But it was his defense that most impressed me. Trey is a great on-ball defender who moves his feet well, forces chaos with active hands, and plays with a little bit of an edge to get his teammates fired up.
