About Trey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my game as a rim-protecting, rebounding, and an offensive and defensive threat. I have been told by many people that I have a very diverse game you never know what type of game you will get out of me. No matter what happens whether I can score or not I will always impact the game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am an extremely hard worker and will always be the first in the gym and last to leave. I have a gym rat mentality always looking for ways to be better and get better not only as a basketball player but as a person as a whole.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in the art club at my highschool, along with being on the bowling team and I have gotten accepted to the beta club throughout middle school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have been told by many coaches I am a vocal leader both on and off the court and not only that but I lead by example. I have numerous teammates that tell me i’m a good teammate and that I push them to be better everyday as well.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many challenges, but my major challenge would be a coach not allowing me on the team my junior year due to him having favorites, and me not being one of them. Along with me having to transfer so much due to unfortunate circumstances.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college to further my education and give me an opportunity just to be able to further my basketball career.

9/28/25: Elite rebounder. Dunks everything around the rim. As a defender he can play against the “4” and “5” at the top high school level, but does not move laterally quick enough to check top wings away from the basket. Trey was best in the halfcourt. His handle is better than years’ past and when he lowered the shoulder no attending defender was strong enough to keep him from slashing. The key to his game long-term will be ability to score off of the dribble and he did that in 3v3 regularly.
