McGovern, a forward out of Marblehead High School in Massachusetts, rose 12 spots in this update and now sits at #77 overall. The lengthy forward fits a unique archetype as a floor spacer and rim protector. He does a nice job of stepping out behind the arc and getting into his jumper in catch and shoot situations, or as a pop guy out of ball screens, offensively. On the other end of the floor, his length is a major asset, as he shows good instincts and timing as a shot blocker around the rim.
