Toby has fantastic instincts on the court, having a very high IQ for the game. He can play with the ball in his hands or not and still be just as effective. He makes tough shots and finishes around the rim well. He is a standout on the defensive side of the ball, bring a ton of energy for his squad and defend at a high level.

Toby has showed his ability to score the ball at all 3 levels, and do so effectively. He plays intense defense, causing a lot of havoc on opposing players. North City is a great program with great talent, but Toby will benefit playing across the country in big time tournaments against some of the best players in the country. He will display his capability to facilitate the offense over the summer, which will help him.

Previous Rank: 95rnToby is another player that displays great instincts, an ability to score from all levels, and make things happen on the defensive side of the ball too. But Toby’s shining trait is the ability to make tough shots and his tenacity in attacking defenses. While Eli seems to be more methodical in his approach, Toby is a guy that will push into defenses, force them to react to what he wants to do, and score anyway. He helped Sultan to a 20-4 record this season and will have a great opportunity to take it one step further next year.

It’s hard to keep him and his brother separate at times because they do so much of the same stuff out there, but Toby seems to be more of an off-guard who can be relied on to sink the tough shots. He stands out as a guy who can get shots in tough situations and also as an opportunistic defender. He has great feet and works hard to stay in front on defense, but he also has the instincts to pull off his man and get a backside steal off a ballhandler and create open breaks. He likes to push the pace and shows no fear taking drives right at defenders.
