Thurman is a high upside prospect whose combination of size, athleticism, mobility, and long term potential continues to stand out. The long, lean left handed big man runs the floor extremely well, plays above the rim, and is a constant lob threat in transition and in the half court. Defensively, he impacts the game with his ability to protect the rim while also showing the versatility to switch and guard multiple positions thanks to his foot speed and mobility. He plays with a high motor, competes consistently, and covers a lot of ground defensively. Offensively, Thurman continues to expand his skill set, showing the ability to attack in straight lines from the perimeter while also possessing enough touch and confidence to step out and knock down open perimeter shots. His blend of athletic tools, defensive versatility, and developing offensive skill make him one of the more intriguing long term prospects in the class.

Lehigh’s man in the middle, Thurman, has tremendous upside and is one of the top prospects in the area. He is a long, athletic player with excellent jumping ability and loves to play above the rim. He is a force on the boards on both ends of the court, and is a menace on defense with his shot altering and blocking ability. Thurman is effective in the post, but also has a nice smooth stroke from the outside which allows him to stretch the defense and open up the floor.
