Rocca stood out as a sharpshooter from beyond the arc, showcasing his lethal touch as a two-guard. He knocked down two clean catch-and-shoot threes in the first half, displaying a pure and effortless stroke. His third three-pointer of the night was a pivotal moment, putting Evanston ahead 38-35 in the fourth quarter—their first lead since the opening frame.

Rocca also used his larger frame to seal a smaller defender for a well-executed post entry and layup. In the second overtime, he sank two technical free throws after Glenbrook South mistakenly called a timeout with none remaining. Those free throws effectively sealed the game and crushed Glenbrook South’s comeback hopes. Rocca finished with an impressive 15 points in a clutch performance.
