The Watford City Wolves are building a new basketball culture under head coach Justin Hager, and Thaydan Arnold Thaydan Arnold 6'3" | PF Watford City | 2026 State ND is right at the center of it — literally and figuratively. The 6’3″ returning starter is one of the most athletic big men in the state and embodies the toughness, leadership, and energy the Wolves are looking to establish moving forward. Starting at center (OL) on the football field, Arnold brings that same grit and physicality to the hardwood. He’s excellent with his back to the basket, a high-IQ player, and a strong passer who makes teammates better. As a captain and leader, Thaydan will be relied on to control the boards, protect the paint, and set the tone for this evolving program. With his athleticism, motor, and commitment to the Wolves’ new direction, Arnold is poised to be a breakout baller and a key piece in shaping Watford City’s new basketball identity.
