Off the ball, he is a consistent mid range and three point shooter that can take over the game and score. His game continues to develop, but his maturity is what’s most obvious about his growth. Ceasar is one to watch this summer school ball season because he has a big-time opportunity to step into some big shoes left behind by the stellar senior group at LCCP.
